The Route Pros, aka Pool Route Pros, is a licensed broker service specializing solely in pool route sales and consulting. Tom Falvai, owner and founder of the company, has been involved with the pool industry since 1980.

In his early years with the business, he had worked for a few pool service companies, learning the aspects of residential and commercial accounts. Upon graduation from college in 1982, Tom decided to open a pool supply store from scratch and, after four years at the store, had built up to 300 service accounts with seven employees.

With the birth of his first and only son, he decided to sell the store, but he kept 70 accounts to personally service as an independent and did so for quite a few years (15 years total experience).

Tom has been brokering pool routes since 1995 full-time and prides himself on being prompt, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable to buyers and sellers for any of their pool route needs.

We will offer consulting services to the buyer and seller regarding their training schedules, industry association information, educational books and manuals, trade journals, pool "instruction" videos, upcoming seminars, software choices, in addition to other valuable referrals.

We will provide follow-up support after the sale to ensure the smoothest transition possible to both parties.
